Refund policy

 

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition. Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable and must be returned with the product they were sent with or their value will be deducted from the returned product refund.

Return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping, duties/taxes and insurance charges are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees for returned items in new condition. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on condition of returned items). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
