Built on a Jump Hour automatic movement that can be manually wound via the crown or the rotor which can be seen through the exhibition caseback. No batteries. No charging. I think its been said a few times the hour number is tiny.. almost to the point of illegible..and it is a compact watch size probably lost a little on bigger wrists
But that all being said if you wanted a chunky piece with bold markings get a diver. This is whimsical this is a talk piece this is fun and for the individual that walks a different path. I love it and just hope the persons eyes that comment on it are good enough to tell me the hour
4 stars because the strap is kind of a cheap afterthought

Happiness is fleeting watch
Watch is what was expected. Communication after the sale and manner in which they handle inventory was difficult to understand. If its in stock and you want it buy it. If it pre-order, prepare to wait... and wait.
