Charley Harper Turtleneck Automatic

I am a big fan of illustrative time-telling watches, owning 9 watches from Mr. Jone's Watches. The turtle watch is my first from Asterisk. I just Love it! Incredibly fun and imaginative. And, I have been positively surprised by the case finishing quality, full of details like interlaced high-polished and brushed finishings, green glass display screw case back. Two things I would suggest for improvement though: 1. let customers choose the colour of the strap - I would like my turtle watch to sport a green strap but would not allow me to choose it despite they do have it on other watches. I have to buy a new green strap myself to fit the watch as shown in the photo; 2. As others have mentioned, the white lilly minute indicator are not distinguished enough from the yellow lilly decorations - making it hard to tell the minute. But overall, I am still a very happy customer.

I have a fish tank with turtles and just had to have a watch to honor them. (Or were they just an excuse for another watch I liked . . . who is to say.)This is a really fun piece and is in my regular rotation.

I love Charley Harper so I was very excited to see this watch come out. It's awesome. I get lots of compliments and it keeps time well. The customer service was also great during the process. Overall, highly recommend.

Overall pleased with the watch since I got it more for the look and mechanics of the watch vs its functionality. You can't tell the time easily and no date feature but again more of a nice concept for the timepiece. Only real issue I have is with the band being rather flimsy/cheap compared the what I would expect from this level of timepiece. A new band with a reliable clasp was ordered quickly.

From day one, this watch always catches the attention of people passing by. It is also very unique that only the person wearing it will know the time and it always make small talk when I explain to people how the watch works.
