I really wanted to love this watch and company, but I was very let down. If you’re colorblind, DON’T buy this watch. You won’t be able to see the orange numbers at all. Sadly, their customer service was very unhelpful and their exchange policy is absolutely rigid. I’m so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this watch or company .

My apologies, but there are always automatic filters on review websites for content, which is our of our control.
I do see that our customer service team has been helping you. As noted on our website, if you no longer have the original package or discard it, we do not accept back items for return. They cannot be scanned into our warehouse without the original labels or resold outside of the box. I do hope you can understand. That information is all posted on our returns page and terms of service as well.

meet my expectation
I want to love it, I really do. That said, it's the loudest rotor on any mechanical watch I have. I regret not getting the quartz. There, I said it. Otherwise both of the parks watches are beautiful and I have received a lot of compliments.
